Help Shelter Dogs Get Adopted with Operation ResCUTE #Giveaway #OperationResCUTE

I am a mother of two boys and 4 fur babies. Yes, I am that person who refers to her animals as babies/children because that is exactly what they are. I have one dog, a rescue, and 3 cats, all rescues, the youngest right out of our back alley.

My love for animals started from birth. My home was always filled with animals, dogs, birds that my Mom would rescue that had fallen from nests, random animals that would just end up in our yard with a little help from my sister and I 😉 Hamsters, reptiles, fish, you name it, we had them.

When a non-profit company called Operation ResCUTE™ contacted me about a review and giveaway I was super happy to check them out.

Here’s a little background on how the company was started:

“Like many happy-ending stories, this one began tragically when NYC marketing powerhouse Laurie Brown-Nagin spotted an Animal Control Officer carrying a puppy to a pro-bono veterinarian. The animal lover and mom fell in love with Jingles, the shelter pooch that desperately needed a warm, loving home.

As a marketing researcher, Brown-Nagin discovered only 30 percent of pets in homes come from shelters and rescue organizations. Worse, an estimated 2.7 million healthy pets remain in shelters each year! She started a non-profit, www.OperationRescute.com, and used her years of marketing prowess to package this inspiring boxed set for the next generation to read and feel empowered to make a difference.”

During this season of giving, parents and grandparents can give a pawsitive present; Operation ResCUTE Book & Plush Set 100% of profits go directly toward helping shelter dogs get adopted. Brown-Nagin reports that profits will be used by shelters for marketing /outreach efforts for placement of dogs with families. How cute is Jingles?

The book is great for young readers and pet lovers, or for children who are just learning to care for a pet. The story stars the true-life-story of Jingles, a homeless puppy in New York City that gets to live happily ever after. The story is unique in that it is written from the dog’s point of view and in her own voice. As they read this inspiring story, they can snuggle with the plush Jingles pup, as I am sure they will want to give him lots of love after reading his story.

The box set comes packaged as if he is in a cage, just waiting to be adopted like the thousands and thousand of animals everywhere right now. With the purchase of this boxed set, children will feel proud that not only have they helped a dog in need but they have become a ResCUTER.

This would make an incredible holiday gift for the animal lover in your life, child or adult. Just knowing that 100% of the profits are going to help a dog in need is amazing! You can purchase an Operation ResCUTE Book & Plush Set on Amazon, the set is recommended for children 3+. This is the first ResCUTE of a series, a second pet will be released soon.

  1. We just rescued two kittens in August from a local shelter. They have gotten so big and so happy, we love them so much. To think we went there and adopted one then we realized she had a brother she loved so we just could not separate them.

  2. We have four dachshunds who are all rescues! We help out with a local dachshund rescue so that’s how we came to have so many dogs. We also have one cat.

  3. I have two dogs here and both are rescue dogs. One is a beagle and she is 7 years old and my newest one is a sheba & shepard mix. He is 2 years old. The smaller beagle rules the house and is the boss.

  4. I had a wonderful dog and cat a while ago. I had them for many years and miss them so much. They brought a lot of joy and one day I will get another cat.

  5. We have two gorgeous rescute mutts, and we ca’t imagine life without them. We’re big supporters of pet adoption vs. pet purchase.

  6. I have a terrier mix we adopted named Ella. She is a character 🙂 She brings us joy each day!
